Step 1

Start breathing

Join our free online breathwork sessions on Instagram live, Monday to Friday @ 8AM GMT / 9AM CET. 

In just 20 minutes, you will experience the immediate, powerful effects of the breath via ancient pranayama techniques and modern, scientifically proven breathing exercises which transform your state of being.  You will also become aware of any sub-optimal patterns which are inhibiting you from reaching your full breath potential.

Step 2

Level 1 Workshop – Being the breath

LEVEL 1 WORKSHOP BEING THE BREATH

Join our Level 1 workshop, and learn to cultivate a relationship with your breath.

In this workshop you will learn about your breathing patterns and recognise where your breath is focused and where it may be stuck.  Becoming conscious of the tensions in your body, we work to optimise muscle activity by beginning to understand the dynamics of breathing.

Step 3

Everyday breathing

Continue joining our free online breathwork sessions on Instagram live, Monday to Friday @ 8AM GMT / 9AM CET. 

Get creative and play with your breath, building tools which will help you in your everyday life.  Integrate our tips and techniques to change your state of being before a meeting, when you feel anxious, or to help you get to sleep or to wake up.

Step 4

Level 2 Workshop – Breathe the breath

LEVEL 2 WORKSHOP BREATHE THE BREATH

Join our Level 2 workshop to restore your breath to an optimal level.

In this workshop you will learn more about the dynamics of breathing to correct dysfunctional habits or patterns that interfere with the full potential of your breath.  Once your breath is raised to an optimal level, deep relaxation can occur and your breath becomes a therapeutic tool.

Integrated breathing

Continue joining our free online breathwork sessions on Instagram live, Monday to Friday @ 8AM GMT / 9AM CET. 

Build an intimate relationship with your breath, practising breath awareness throughout your day to enhance your state of being, improving communication, relationships, energy levels and your overall health and wellbeing.

Step 6

Level 3 Workshop – Beyond the breath

LEVEL 3 WORKSHOP BEYOND THE BREATH

Join our Level 3 workshop to train deep relaxation into your system

In this workshop you will learn to combine full, free breathing and complete relaxation with great awareness is the secret that leads to the most empowering and enlightening benefits in breathwork.  This is the doorway to peak, flow or transcendental states.

ONE-TO-ONE sessions

Want more? Work with us on an individual basis and take your breathwork to the next level.

We will explore advanced breathwork techniques and embodiment practices to address specific physical and mental health issues and concerns, and assist you in reaching your full potential by connecting to your true self and life purpose.
